Returns & Core Charges
Ninety days, and how cores work.

01
Parts may be returned within 90 days of delivery provided they are unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Start a return from your order page or contact the counter with your order number. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the part was mis-picked, mis-listed, or our fitment data was wrong — in which case we pay both ways and we correct the record so the next person does not hit it.

- Sheet metal that has been trimmed, drilled, filled or painted. Fitting a reproduction panel always involves adjustment; once you have started, it is yours.
- Electrical parts that have been installed. Once a component has seen voltage it cannot be resold.
- Upholstery that has been fitted or cut.
- Special-order and NOS parts obtained specifically for you.
- Fluids and chemicals once opened.

A core charge is a refundable deposit on a remanufactured unit — steering boxes, alternators, distributors, master cylinders, wheel cylinders. It is listed separately on the part page, in the cart and on your invoice. Return the old unit in the box the new part arrived in, using the prepaid label included with your order, and the core charge is refunded in full to the original payment method. There is no time limit on a core return, but the core must be complete and rebuildable — a cracked casting or a stripped housing cannot be credited.
04
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the part reaching our returns bench.
