What is covered, and for how long.

Every part we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, stated on its listing. Most new parts carry at least 12 months; several brands carry a limited lifetime warranty on specific lines. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by incorrect installation, damage caused by a related component that was not replaced, or a part fitted to a vehicle it was not listed for.

Panel warranty covers defects in the stamping and the steel — splits, pinholes, incorrect gauge, contours that do not match the original. It does not cover fitting. No reproduction panel drops on without trimming, adjustment and alignment, and any supplier who claims otherwise has not fitted one. Budget for that work and for a body man who has done it before.

Contact the counter with your order number and photographs of the failure. We handle the claim with the manufacturer directly — you do not need to deal with them yourself.

Warranty covers the part, not the labour to fit it. This is standard across the industry and is not something we can vary.
