How and when your parts leave our shelves.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Central on a business day are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or at a weekend, leave on the next business day. Freight items — sheet metal, bumpers, glass, fuel tanks, axle assemblies and anything over roughly 150 pounds — are collected by an LTL carrier on the following business day and are not eligible for parcel service.

Ground parcel is typically 3–6 business days within the continental United States. Expedited is 1–2 business days. Next-day counter service is exactly that, provided the order is placed before the cut-off. LTL freight runs 5–10 business days and requires a contact telephone number for the delivery appointment. If we do not have a working number the carrier will not schedule delivery.

Inspect the pallet with the driver present and note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. A freight claim made after the paperwork is signed clean is very hard to win, and a panel with a crease in it is not repairable to a standard you would accept. If the pallet looks wrong, refuse it. We will ship another one. That is a far better outcome for both of us than an argument with a carrier.

Ground parcel is free on orders with a subtotal at or above the threshold shown in the site header. Core charges do not count toward the threshold. Expedited, next-day and freight services are never free.

We ship parcel to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of the EU. Freight is quoted case by case — contact the counter before ordering. Duties, import taxes and brokerage are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
